ZOA Tax Advisory Consultancy Services Jobs in Uganda



Objective of the Support:
  • ZOA International would like to procure tax advisory services on an annual retainer basis to support our operations in tax compliance in Uganda.

    Scope of Work

    Tax Advice:
  • Review of ZOA tax structure and advice in relation to its position as an INGO and proposing the most tax efficient/effective model for improved tax compliance.
    Monthly Retainer:
  • Support in preparation and filing of annual tax returns with Uganda Revenue Authority on finalization of accounts at the end of the year as per URA annual returns schedule.
  • Attendance during tax audit preparation and representation before tax authorities and responding to notices issued in connection with corporate tax returns and other interim/periodic tax audits.
  • Help in interpreting and intimating of any changes in income tax, Withholding, VAT, if and when required.
  • Obtaining Tax Compliance Certificate from Uganda Revenue Authority as may be required.
