Job DescriptionZeleke and Amelework Enterprise PLC. is a private business company comprising a KG to Preparatory School, a Bakery, and a Printing Press.
The Board of Directors of the enterprise is looking for competent candidates for Finance and Budget Head position in the enterprise.
Description
Leads annual budgeting process of the enterprise and also review all financial plans and budgets by monitoring progress and changes;
Assists departments in preparing budgets based on goals, current revenue, expenses and past performance
Analyses and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements
Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditor and the administration and finance Head
Manage the enterprise cash flow
Improve the finance department’s overall policy and procedure manual
Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk
Monitoring spending to ensure it remains within budget.
Effectively communicate and present the critical financial matters to the general manager of the enterprise;
Ensure internal financial procedures are compatible with prevailing laws
Oversees the management and reconciliation of the bank and cash accounts
Other similar duties and responsibilities assigned by the General Manager of the enterprise
Job Requirements
Main requirement
A minimum of a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance, or other similar fields of study
Minimum Experience Required
8 years of experience as Finance and Budget Head in multi-business private company
