Job Description

Responsibility

Lead the planning and implementation of projects; define project tasks and resource requirements and mange project budget, staff and resources allocation

Manage the relationship with the client, and partners

Preparing requests for proposals and Create and maintain project documentation

Manage and monitor sub contracts and Establish and maintain communication with venders

Work directly with contractor and consultants throughout the design development and delivery process.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

Report and escalate to management as needed

Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific

requirements.

Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Requirements and Skills

BSc Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields

More than 3 years work experience in project management related jobs

Experience with reviewing bid documents for purposes of evaluating and preparing equipment take offs, review design integrity/discrepancies, wire take offs, scope of work descriptions, etc. a plus.

Time Management: considering all stakeholders; employees, customers and management, often spinning multiple plates at once.

Analytical Skills: need analytical skills to be able to solve problems that may come up during a typical work day. You will be analyzing data and making decisions that affect the project on a regular basis.
