Job Description

A Plus Tutoring is seeking a Tutoring Supervisor to join our team. As a Tutoring Supervisor, you will be responsible for observing and analyzing tutoring sessions and providing constructive feedback to tutors to help them improve their teaching skills.

You will work closely with the management team and tutors to ensure that our tutoring services are of the highest quality and that our students are receiving the best possible experience.

Responsibilities:

Watch and take detailed notes of all tutoring sessions conducted by our tutors

Analyze tutoring sessions to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to tutors on a regular basis

Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement training programs for tutors to improve their teaching skills

Work with the Integrator to ensure that all students are matched with the most suitable tutors based on their academic requirements

Monitor the progress of students and work with tutors to develop individualized lesson plans to help them achieve their academic goals

Provide regular reports to the management team on the performance of tutors and make recommendations for improvement

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our tutoring

services and grow our customer base

Location: Fully remote

Job Type: Full-time night shift

Compensation: The Tutoring Supervisor role is a monthly salaried position, with salary of 15,000 - 20,000 Birr per month

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a tutor or in a similar role, ideally in the education or tutoring sector

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Zoom, Google Calendar, and other relevant software applications

Assertive and able to communicate

Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals
