  • We enable small and medium-sized businesses simplifying their process of receiving payments, sales tracking, and inventory management using technology.

    Overall Purpose:

  • The objective of this role is to design and execute the product’s growth strategy focusing on customer acquisition, activation, retention and upsells.

    Role Summary:

  • The Product Manager will be responsible to conceive and execute initiatives to grow the customer base.

  • Product Performance

  • Customer Satisfaction and retention

  • Sales opportunity.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and implement marketing strategies for new products and plan how to meet market demands.

  • Lead new business ventures and plan approaches on market entry.

  • Analyze market trends and accordingly develop marketing plans to increase brand awareness.

  • Communicate up-to-date information about technological enhancements of products to all stakeholders.

  • Manage and promote proactive customer relationships.

  • Coordinate with sales & technical teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals.

  • Manage team performance and development.

    Academic and Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science or IT, preferably with a focus on Marketing.

    Relevant Experience

  • 3+ years of professional experience working within product management.

  • Experience marketing retail solutions, experience selling tech solutions is an added advantage

  • Experience working with Sales and engineering teams.

    Desired Attributes

  • First-class communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once.

  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
