Job Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Documenting financial transactions
Filing periodic reports to the right authorities
Developing monthly internal financial reports
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Processing & documenting shipments to ensure that they are in compliance with customs rules and regulations
Tracking location of shipments
Managing all import/export activities
Handling office & administrative tasks
Arranging flight bookings for staff
Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure compliance to company policies
Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Maintaining up-to-date records printed and digital copies of documents.
Manage phone calls, emails and correspondence
Job Requirements
ducational Background:
BA degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields from a recognised College or University
Work Experience
2 Years in Accounting,
Proven experience as an Import Expert
Required Skills
Language: Ability to communicate in English and Amharic is a must; additional languages are an asset
Software: Microsoft Excel, Peachtree
Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
