Scope of Job

  • Collecting & entering data in to new ERP system and maintaining records of valuable company information ideally the candidate must have a key eye for detail and essential data.

  • Entry skill and familiarity with excel spreadsheets an understanding of our products processes would be an advantage

    Responsibility

  • Insert customer and accounts then process details by inputting text based numerical information from source documents within limited time.

  • Review existing data from deficiencies or errors, correct where possible & check output.

  • Research and obtain further information from incomplete documents.

  • Support of current administration.

  • Comply with data integrity & security policies.

    KPI

  • 100% Accuracy of data entry

  • Data entry within a given time line (Meet the deadline)

    Department: MIS

    Job Requirements

    Qualification

  • Level IV, Diploma, Degree in IT, Accounting, secretarial and related field

  • 6 months and above to degree and 1+ years for level and diploma experience as data encoder or office clerk

  • Perfect in excel
