We seek to hire a Junior Strategy Advisor.

Reporting to the Lead consultant, the individual will support Medium Size Businesses (MSBs) in identifying and resolving strategic issues affecting their businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Develop strategies and help medium size businesses integrate and operationalize developed strategies

Provide business advisory and analysis support to medium size businesses

Prepare business plans, financial plans and pitch decks on behalf of clients

Prepare and submit business tenders and bids in line with the outline TORs and proposals

Deliver end-to-end business coaching and consulting assignments

Manage and deliver projects per required standards and timelines

Generate leads and sell WYLDE’s services to medium size businesses

Conduct research, analyse, interpret and present data to support decision-making and problem-solving

Establish and build strong client relationships

Facilitate access to finance by developing investor-ready proposals

Required Specifications

At least 3 years of experience in Strategy Development

and Business Consulting

A degree in business administration, finance, accounting, sales and marketing

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyze, and disseminate information with

Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings

Good understanding of general entrepreneurship concepts and strategy development

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to conduct research and analysis under limited guidance;

Knowledge of and experience with statistical and reporting packages is an advantage

Public speaking
