Worldwide Movers Kenya Limited has a vacancy for a receptionist who should be available immediately.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Must have 3 years experience working as a receptionist, in front office or similar.
  • Must have post-secondary school certification.
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft office skills
  • Customer focus
  • Friendly and polite
  • Able to deal with difficult clients, customers & staff

    Duties and Responsibilities
  • The Receptionist will answer all incoming and outgoing calls
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Must be able to efficiently handle administrative tasks
  • Be the first point of contact for the organization
  • Will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
  • Receiving and sorting mail/deliveries/couriers/payments
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing (managing PL files), photocopying, collating, managing appointment schedules for the organization
  • Prepare General reports as required
