Job Description:

The overall responsibility of the ILaNS Officer is to ensure FY'23 planning, implementation, monitoring and Evaluation of ILaNS TP related activities to be well delivered and sustained at the end of the program phase.

Ensure the sustainability drivers happened in the program area with respect to attaining of the TP models of ILaNS such as BSL, S4T, partner engagement and attaining CWBOs in the program area. Ensure local advocacy and accountability as well as child protection and safeguarding in the area.

He/s is responsible to carry out emergency response grants and livelihood projects of the AP and other related phase out activities as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Minimum education, training and experience requirements to qualify

for the position:

Master’s degree with development fields such as Plant Science, agricultural economics, Development Studies, and related fields Five and above years of work experiences in WVE on ILaNS TP

Expertise in program planning and budgeting and WVE development program approach is advantage

License, registration, or certification required to perform this position:

Good if the candidate has motor bike driving license

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

Local Language is preferred

100% field level at Tullo AP(Community level)
