World Vision Ethiopia Truck Driver Jobs

Purpose of the position:

To drive trucks and transport materials and logistics for the Drilling Operation Team.

Major Responsibilities

Safely drive trucks (Supply truck/ Compressor truck/drilling machine truck);

Actively involved in mobilization and demobilization of drilling machinery and equipment;

Assist mechanics in drilling rig, compressor and trucks maintenance;

Monitor the performance of the supply trucks and report its status to the mechanic;

Assist drillers during drilling, well construction, and development works;

Perform Christian witness functions in the community through life.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience

Qualification required: 12th complete & 4th Grade Driving Licence

Experience: 3 – 6 years

Technical Training qualifications required: Grade 4 driving License

Experience: 4 years of truck driving experience with grade 4 driving license

Working Environment / Conditions:

Work environment: Office-based with frequent travel to the field

Travel: 100% Domestic travel is required.
