Position location: Nairobi, Kenya
Working hours: Full time / 40 hrs per week
Reports to: LEAP Project Manager
Salary Range: Aligned with experience

WUSC seeks to recruit an experienced, dynamic individual to join the Nairobi based team as the Livelihoods & Economic Opportunities (LEO) Advisor.
The position will report directly to the East Africa Director and work closely on a day-to-day basis with the project teams based in our country office.
The LEO Advisor will primarily focus on the design and implementation of the livelihoods component of the Learning through Education and Access to Employment (LEAP) project. The position will report to the LEAP Project Manager.
In addition to supporting LEAP, the Livelihoods and Economic Opportunities advisor will provide inputs to the design of new projects as the portfolio expands. The role will require regular travel to field sites in Kakuma Refugee Camp, Kalobeyi Settlement, and nearby communities in northern Turkana, as well as occasional international travel for conferences, workshops and meetings.
