Role & Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of the Monitoring, Evaluation,

Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) framework.

Provide technical support and capacity building to consortium partners and WR M&E team on MEAL practices.

Ensure compliance with donor requirements and project objectives.

Prepare and present detailed reports on project performance and quality standards.

Collaborate with the project management( RSRTF specialist and compliance and Finance specialist) team to

implement recommendations and improvements.

Requirements

Mature and personal Christian faith

Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief

Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities

Able to affirm and/or acknowledge World Reliefs Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity and National Evangelicals For the Health of The Nation document

Bachelor’s degree in international development, Statistics, M&E, or related, master’s degree preferred

5 years’ experience in M&E with a multi-sectoral portfolio, 3 years’ experience in humanitarian response

Experience in reporting for grants from public funding (USG, UN, EU, etc.)

Up to 100% domestic and/or international travel required
