Word of Life Fellowship Uganda Math & Physics Teacher Jobs ; We are seeking a dedicated teacher who will deliver Math & Physics lessons to high school students. Under the supervision of the School Principal, he/she will create lesson plans, deliver lessons (content), facilitate discussions, administer and grade assessments/tests and homework, and provide one-on-one assistance to students as needed. He/she will also deal with students from varying backgrounds, resolve in-class conflicts, and provide feedback to students and parents.

Entry Requirements

Education/Credentials

The ideal candidate should have the following:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education (In Physics & Math );

A valid Teaching License from the Ministry of Education and Sports;

Experience

The ideal candidate should have the following:

Demonstrable experience in administering classroom management techniques;

Classroom teaching experience of at least three (3) years;

Demonstrated excellence in a variety of teaching techniques;

Knowledge, Skills and Personal attributes

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

Strong interpersonal skills;

Ability to create engaging lesson plans and classroom activities;

Knowledge of the subject matter and curriculum standards;

Problem

Analysis & Solving skills;

Ability to accommodate cognition and achievement differences;

Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners;

Passion for teaching and commitment to student success;

Analytical skills to assess academic data and recommend improvements in teaching;

Reading and writing technical documentation;

Creativity – ability to devise new ways of monitoring issues and solving problems;

Integrity and high ethical standards;

Excellent communication skills to drive a productive educational experience for students;

Excellent large and small group presentation skills;
