Duties and Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Deputy Executive Director, the Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Learning Manager will perform the following functions; develop and update the Monitoring. Evaluation, reporting and evaluation programme, production of periodic reports, support in capacity building of staff in Monitoring and Evaluation.

Education and experience:

• Master's degree in monitoring and evaluation or its equivalent. 8 years of relevant experience Experience designing implementing, and managing M&E systems from project initiation to closeout stages.

• Experience developing M&E systems.

• Experience using data analysis packages and database management systems. Strong interpersonal skills Good verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with USAID-funded programme is an added advantage.
