Key ResponsibilitiesProject Operations like project creation, Click to Bill, Invoicing, metric tracking, Customer feedback, Internal audits, QA, QC etc.
Manage to get contract reviewed and signed for order booking as per Wipro and ABSA process.
Manage difficult and multiple ABSA stakeholders.
Manage onshore and offshore ABSA team effectively along with client escalations.
Drive WFT program and other Wipro initiatives.
Invoice submission and collections
Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress in Wipro Digi-q tool.
Prepare and administer the ABSA Contracts.
Follow ABSA filed glass process for Wipro contracts, extension and PO.
Drive Account mining activities for account growth.
Resource allocation, propel planning and extension as per contract extension.
Revenue and order booking estimation.
Periodic Status Reporting to various stakeholders.
Communicate directly with Customer stakeholders.
Manage risk, scope - monitor and track ABSA projects in Digi-q.
Manage multiple projects with varied technology (Mainframe, .Net and Java etc.) simultaneously.
Key Skills/Competencies Required
10+ years of Experience in IT with 3+ Years of experience in Project Management.
Experience in project planning, risk management and change management.
Should have experience in managing Fixed Price and T& M Contracts
Understanding of Wipro Financial engagement models and manage profitability parameters
Good communications skills, with customers, team and stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic fast pace environment.
Strong Inter-Personal Skills and ability to work and manage cross-functional teams
Proficiency in project management software tools like MPP Project for Digi-q.
