Why Always TOEFL

I did languages in secondary school and continued literature and linguistics of English in Bachelor's level. I do not understand why am being asked the TOEFL certificate as other people who did other courses.

You can write to the university and indicate that all your previous studies have been in English.
They will then be able to waive the IELTS & TOEFL requirement.
