Job Description

  • The tenancy acquisition head works closely with the property acquisition team to
    understand the property acquired and find suitable tenants for the properties.

    Duties

  • Develop and manage strong tenants acquisition channels

  • Manage and grow professional viewings as a way of growing revenues

  • Screening of tenants

  • Building networks for local rental agents, universities, and corporations

  • Grow co-living housing in Ghana

  • Preparing the property for marketing and finding tenants

  • Any other duty assigned by the managing director

    Qualifications

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

  • Good organizational skills

  • Good administration skills

  • Strong personality

  • Ability to work at a fast pace
