We are a fast growing national Sacco with over 20,000 members. We intend to fill the position(s) below on a 2 year renewable contract. The Sacco has its head Office based in Nairobi.

Waumini Sacco Accounts Assistant Jobs in Kenya

Minimum Qualifications and Attributes

CPA Part II or ACCA Level II

Certificate of good conduct

At least 2 years’ experience at the same level in a financial institution

Good analytical, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

High degree of integrity

Track record of good management and development skills

Knowledge of computerized accounting systems

Knowledge of FOSA Operations will be an added advantage.

Main Roles

Managing bank reconciliations

Preparation of member statements

Preparation of cheques

Handling MPESA related transactions and posting accordingly

Generating routine financial reports to the finance manager among other roles
