WAUMINI Sacco Marketing Manager Jobs in Kenya

Waumini is a fast growing national Sacco with branches. We intend to fill the position below on a 2 year renewable contract. This position report to the Sacco's CEO.

Responsibilities

Business Development and Planning

Managing all marketing activities for the society

Planning and implementing promotional campaigns

Participate in pricing the SACCO services/products and Operations.

Prepare the Marketing annual budget in coordination with the Finance Department and Develop strategies to position Waumini Sacco Products. services and market positions to take advantage of identified market opportunities and to differentiate the Sacco from competition.

Management and Market Research

Develop and administer comprehensive marketing plans for the SACCO within the approved annual budgets and Conduct market research/studies for the SACCO, analyse results, and present a timelywritten report where workable recommendations are madeto management.

Represent the Society in any forum as directed by the Chief Executive Officer or Board of Directors

Creation and publication of all marketing materials in line with marketing plans among other roles

Minimum requirements

Bachelor in degree in Business Related Field (Marketing specialization is preferred)

Excellent leadership, supervisory and management skills

Excellent ability to grow the business

4 years' experience at the same level, preferably in financial sector

Professional Membership to Marketing Society of Kenya and a professional qualification In CIM is an added advantage
