Wambizzi Cooperative Society Site Charge Jobs in Uganda

Wambizzi Cooperative Society is a farmer members' cooperative society that runs its operations under the cooperative principles.

It is engaged in the pig value chain guided by the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries, Ministry of trade industry and cooperatives Under its rehabilitation programme we now wish to invite applications and recruit as below:

  • Site in Charge

    Responsible to and reports to the Board.

    Main Purpose of the job:

    To oversee the day to day operations of the society abattoir.

    Person Specifications:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Management and Entrepreneurship or the equivalent
  • Computer literacy a must
  • Additional training in planning financial management and systems development is added advantage.

    Experience:
  • A minimum of three years' working experience in a similar position or a
    busy and fast moving enterprise
  • Experience and knowledge of abattoir activities is added advantage.
