Role Overview
This is a national volunteer role responsible for Implementation of catchment-based mentorship in the health facility, Bring contextual relevance to the project and primary actor.
The volunteer will also be Liaise with different project stakeholders, local private sectors and youth themselves towards aspired objectives.
This is not a paid job but a volunteering opportunity to give back to the community we are part of. However, a modest amount of stipend will be given to support the living expense of volunteers.

Job Requirements
The ideal applicant for this opportunity:
Has at least first degree in midwifery
Is an Ethiopian well aware of the national health service context particularly around maternal and newborn health
Has previous experience in community work and voluntarism
Has a minimum of two years relevant work experience.
Has basic computer skills
Should have a potential for leadership; this could be shown through participation in community initiatives
Is between the age of 21 and 29 years
Has the ability to satisfactorily communicate in English
Have a passion for volunteering
Can commit himself/herself to a full-time 5 months volunteering programme
