Role purpose:

The Specialist: Technical Operations Lead will be responsible for managing day-to-day Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations, including incident, problem, and change management process to ensure that operations and support activities are consistently applied within SLA.

Your responsibilities will include:

Serves as the Identity and Access Management (IAM) SPOC for critical incidents and escalations to ensure that issues are speedily resolved, and services restored within the incident management framework and SLAs.

Manage changes and releases to ensure that it meets the minimum standards and compliance requirements before being released to the production environment.

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to manage, track and report on the IAM environment security and compliance requirements.

Identify and analyze trends and issues and log recurring issues as problem records, manage problem record lifecycle and implement controls as required.

Work closely with Technical Product Owners, Operations, Support and Project teams to ensure IAM environment and services are available and performing optimally, and engage collaboratively to address issues and implement best practices

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

3 Year Degree/equivalent Diploma

/equivalent Certificate in Information Technology

3 - 5 Years of Telecommunication knowledge & experience is essential

IAM technology-specific vendor certification, e.g., NetIQ IAM, PING Identity or SailPoint

ITIL Foundation, ISO27001, SOX experience and Training and Certification preferred

Understanding and experience of Agile and DevOps practices

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience :

Proven experience in an IT or application operations environment

Strong relationship-building, persuasion, and collaboration skills

Able to communicate and influence with tact and diplomacy

Strong service management skills in an IT operations environment
