Minimum Requirements:

This opportunity is for individuals nano w II be personalty arrived in the day-to-day. hands-on operations and management of retail sites the site operations cannot be done by proxy.

The Person and the Role:

  • You must have a strong educational background degree, diploma or equivalent educational standard with billy to understand and work with field data
  • You should have a minimum of 5 years business experience in a decision-making position alongside good written and oral communication
  • You must also have business and staff management skills with the ability to identify and summarize bus-less opportunities.
  • Proven ability to recur, train and instill a culture of coat note learning among-st stealthily a retailing environment would also be an added advantage
  • Passion for customers and delivery of excellent customer service is a must.
  • Ability to work within a given scope of law and regulations and to protect and promote the Shell brand and values at all times is an important requirement
  • You must be totally committed to promoting an environment where the safety of customers and other stakeholders
    and protecting the environment s a foremost consideration at fairness.
  • You must be capable of operating and managing reticulations with average staff strength per site of 20+ on a full tine basis
  • You should either have own working capta or demonstrate the capacity to rase wording capital in the range of UGX 200M - UGX 400M per service station.
  • You should be located within daily commute rag distance of Me operational site and be voting and able to dedicate time for 7 days a week on the sites.
