Our quest is to expand healthcare practices through our team of doctors and other medical practitioners by providing our esteemed patients affordable and impactful heathcare services at all times.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead the IT department, and will be responsible for organisation-wide systems and information.
His or her job description includes the following duties and responsibilities:

Running regular checks on network and data security.

Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.

Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.

Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.

Designing training programs and workshops for staff.

Conducting regular system audits.

Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT.

Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.

Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget.

Providing direction for IT team members.
Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree

in Information Technology, Science or Computer Science.

At least 5 years post-qualification IT operations experience.

Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network & systems administration, databases, data storage systems.
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.

Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices.
