VDT Communications Digital Marketing Executive Jobs in Nigeria

Job Description

Plan and execute all digital marketing function including SEO / SEM, Marketing Data Base, Email, social media and display advertising campaigns

Design, build and maintain our social media presence

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs)

Identify trends and insights, then plan and take advantage to help promote the brand
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels

Present a positive brand image by acting as a contact and brand face to a potential clients/customers

Educate clients on range of products and services available. Offer support in identifying their needs and advise on adequate product and service packages

Management of online leads

Escalation of all customers concerns from digital platforms for resolution

Maintain adequate database of all campaigns

Follow up on client satisfaction survey / reports.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years work experience.
