Job Description

Responsibilities

Implementation and monitoring of an overall smooth and correct functioning of the complete

Financial planning, monitoring and accounting;

Monitor daily office operations and expenditures;

Ensures that the provided accounting services meets reporting deadlines;

Solving problem with different government offices

Financial Tasks

Monitors income, expenditure and the monthly bank reconciliation;

Monitors real accounts (payables, receivables) and reports regularly to the management

Compile and submit complete financial documents to related organization

Ensure timely payment of utility bills and withholding tax payments by checking the correctness;

Maintain proper fixed asset register, update inventory records and make annual physical count;

Manages all audits and internal controls

Administrative tasks

Provides required documents for an auditor whenever control is conducted and assists on follow-up of auditor’s findings;

Monitors the daily cash flow records, the level of liquidity and bank balances;

Keep and update records related to staff;

Perform any other duties as required

Monitor stock level and goods in transit

Efficiently communicates and coordinates with stakeholders

Job Requirements

Background

BA/MA in Accounting and Finance

Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in accounting and/or finance

Peach tree software knowledge
