Minimum Requirements:

BSN/KRCHN from a recognized institution

Nursing Council of Kenya registration & valid practicing license

At least 3 years of nursing leadership experience

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Skills & Competence

In-depth knowledge of healthcare policies, nursing standards, and hospital operations.

Ability to handle crisis situations and conflict resolution.

Proficiency in healthcare management software.
