Duty and Responsibility
Serving as the first contact person and the ‘face’ of the Company to customers
Build sound customer relationships
Servicing existing customer base through a planned calling, visiting and event schedule
Preparing sales pipeline and submitting response
to tenders
Being pro-active in the opening of new accounts to ensure the Company products are available at all new points of consumption
Resolving customer queries &complaints within the expected time lines
Be extremely alert to any form of product quality issues / queries that requires immediate report and action
Develop sustainable B2B relations, form strategic alliances, present the company to corporate
firm, set strategic plan for market expansion, responsible for company representation and undertake
marketing campaigns and promotions
Promote and sell products/services
Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature
Monitors competition by gathering current market Price information, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
University degree on Management Information Systems or related subject
2 Years of experience in sales & Marketing
Management
Basic computer skill,
Good communication skill
A MUST Qualities
Working at the office and home, weekends and holydays to meet deadlines.
Always check emails and communications and reply to them as per their urgency and priorities.
To study and pass vendor certification as a self-directed learner who takes full responsibility for growth and skill development even if it’s at the price of social commitment.
