Job Description

Key Responsibilities / Functions

  • Responsible for pre-sales technical support and technical account management of project/s.

  • Perform training and demonstrations for our partners, customers, and sales team.

  • Assist in the design and integration architecture of the business solution.

  • Assist in creating sales pipeline.

  • Coordinate after sales support

  • Assist in preparation of the bidding and technical documents

    Job Requirements

    Required Qualifications

    (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)

  • BSc in Electrical Engineering ,Computer Engineering,Computer Science or related fields from a recognized University with a minimum cumulative (GPA) of 3.0 and above.

  • Self-starter with the ability to handle Large Scale projects with little supervision.

  • Knowledge how to support technical sales of enterprise Hardware and Software Enterprise solutions to corporate accounts.

  • Experience with network devices (switches, routers, servers, VM's, applications, VoIP and firewalls) in Intranet/Internet/Extranet environments.

  • Strong knowledge and experience of cloud and virtualization.

  • Strong Windows and Linux (RedHat preferred) O/S knowledge is required.

  • Strong knowledge on Database management system( Sybase/Oracle/MSSQL etc).

  • Strong knowledge on Windows /Active Directory, LDAP etc.

  • Ability
    to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.

  • Ability to articulate product value and solutions based on customer requirements.

  • Self-motivated and flexible to meet challenges

  • Strong desire to learn new technologies and get certified

  • Ability to travel.

  • Communication Skills:

    Language Requirements

  • fluent in English.

  • Written: Must be able to assist with bidding, technical customer communication.

  • Verbal: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex technology simply.

  • Interpersonal: Ability to forge new, strong business relationships.

  • Presentation: Customer facing presentations

    A MUST Qualities:

  • Working at the office and home, weekends and holydays to meet deadlines. Always check emails and communications and reply to them as per their urgency and priorities.

  • To study and pass vendor certification as a self-directed learner who takes full responsibility for growth and skill development even if it’s at the price of social commitment.
