USAID Director of Performance Improvement Jobs in Uganda
Responsibilities: Provide leadership and vision to the “adapting” and “performing” agendas.
Lead contractor efforts to help USAID/Uganda strengthen its internal business practices.
Lead contractor efforts to train, coach and establish mentorship arrangements for USAID/Uganda staff.
Ensure complementarity between training, coaching and mentorship.
Strengthen USAID/Uganda’s efforts to integrate innovation throughout its portfolio.
Qualifications:
Preferably a Master’s degree in international development, strategic planning, project design and implementation, or a related field.
Five years of direct experience of training and improving business processes in development organizations.
Five years of experience managing staff in providing services relevant to training and organizational development.
Preferably, three years’ experience living and working in developing country environments, preferably East Africa.
Quality past performance references relevant to the position
