USAID Director of Finance and Administration in Uganda
Responsibilities:Ensure the integrity and usefulness of contractor financial systems.
Facilitate the contractor’s internal administrative operations.
Ensure that the project and SI’s work meet USAID/Uganda programmatic, financial and other reporting requirements.
Deliver the “performance” results to USAID and the contractor.
Qualifications:
Advanced degree in public administration, business, financial management, or another relevant field required.
Five years of direct experience of training and improving business processes in development organizations.
Five years of experience managing staff in providing services relevant to training and organizational development.
Preferably, three years’ experience living and working in developing country environments, preferably East Africa.
Quality past performance references relevant to the position.
