USAID Director of Finance and Administration in Uganda


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the integrity and usefulness of contractor financial systems.
  • Facilitate the contractor’s internal administrative operations.
  • Ensure that the project and SI’s work meet USAID/Uganda programmatic, financial and other reporting requirements.
  • Deliver the “performance” results to USAID and the contractor.

    Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in public administration, business, financial management, or another relevant field required.
  • Five years of direct experience of training and improving business processes in development organizations.
  • Five years of experience managing staff in providing services relevant to training and organizational development.
  • Preferably, three years’ experience living and working in developing country environments, preferably East Africa.
  • Quality past performance references relevant to the position.
