DutiesPosition will provide logistical and administrative support for the Anti-Terrorism Assistance Special Program for Embassy Augmentation and Response (SPEAR) at Embassy Juba. Position will also provide and maintain liaison with the Revitalized Transitional Government of National Unity and other international embassies and organizations who share similar security concerns.
Position will take the lead in the acceptance, coordination, and delivery of all ATA/SPEAR training courses and programs, while also lending assistance to visiting ATA/SPEAR in-country mentor(s), instructors, and other personnel/trainers.
Position will report directly to the ATA/SPEAR mentor, the ARSO tasked with the SPEAR Program, and the Post Security Coordinator. “Incumbent serves as an incidental operator of official vehicles and meets all requirements outlined in 14 FAM 433.
Qualifications and EvaluationsExperience: At least three years of prior experience in administration, logistics, personnel management and project implementation as well as coordination with Law Enforcement, Military, judicial or international organizations is required.
Job Knowledge:
Familiarity with computers, to include a working proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Microsoft Access and SharePoint are a plus. Position must have good knowledge of the structure and function of the Government of South Soudan training partners and police units.
Education
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Administration, Security, Human Resources, Law, or Political Science is required.

Language:
English Level 3 - Good working knowledge; speaking, reading & writing, Level 3 - Good working knowledge Arabic ; speaking, reading & writing is required.
