Duties

Under the direction of the Site Security Manager the Overseas Buildings Operations Administrative Clerk is responsible for the overall office management of security operations. When not conducting duties as an Administrative Clerk, the incumbent will fill in, when necessary, to assist the Foreign Service National Investigators with background investigation and vetting paperwork

Qualifications and Evaluations

Experience:

Minimum two (2) years of administration or management or customer service experience in an office environment is required.

Job Knowledge: Optional:

Education Requirements:

Completion of secondary school is required.

Evaluations:

Post may choose to add the phrase “This may be tested” after a language, skill, and/or ability. Review the VA template for specific information.

Language:

English Level III (Good working knowledge) Reading/Writing/Speaking is required.
