Duties

Under the supervision of the Deputy Management Counselor (D/MC), the incumbent provides general administrative support to both the Management Counselor (MC) and the Deputy Management Counselor. The incumbent has the primary responsibility for records management in the Management (MGT) Office. In addition to the administrative support and records management responsibilities, the incumbent may be required to back up the Executive Office administrative staff in accordance with Mission policy. The position has no supervisory responsibility.

Qualifications and Evaluations

Experience:

Two years of administrative office experience is required.

Education Requirements:

High School diploma plus two (2) years Post-Secondary education

Evaluations:

Language:

Mandatory: English language fluency - speaking/reading/writing - is required. This may be tested.

Skills and Abilities:

Ability to obtain a Secret level clearance. Well-developed organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills; ability to perform duties with minimal supervision/guidance; ability to create and edit documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
