Roles and Responsibilities:
URC is currently seeking Director, Manager, and Advisor level candidates with experience to lead a major USAID-funded supply chain technical assistance program. Qualified candidates should have demonstrated experience in key technical areas within supply chain management, including project design and implementation, monitoring and evaluation, program budgets and financial management, etc.
Potential Positions:
Private Sector Engagement Director, Manager and Advisor.
Health Systems Strengthening Director, Manager and Advisor.
Supply Chain Management Director, Manager and Advisor.
Pharmaceutical Management Director, Manager and Advisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
Advanced degree in supply chain management, business, or related field preferred.
At least five years of progressive work experience in supply chain management with supervisory and managerial responsibility.
At least five years of experience in technical assistance for supply chain management, including expertise in one or more key areas, such as supporting and strengthening warehousing. distribution, quantification, forecasting, procurement, transportation, and information systems, and private sector engagement.
Demonstrated experience developing, managing, tracking and reporting on activities in multiple countries and technical areas, and their associated budgets.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and lead teams at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to work with others to translate technical materials into practical tools and approaches.
Demonstrated ability to undertake problem analyses to develop creative and innovative approaches to improve program design, implementation and results reporting.
Ability to network and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
Strong management, interpersonal, communication, mentoring and facilitation skills.
English fluency required; secondary language fluency desired.
