Uplands Premium Dairies and Foods Credit Controller Officer Jobs in Kenya


Responsibilities

  • Managing credit control and debt management activities.
  • Maximizing cash collection across the board.
    Cash allocation and reconciliation
  • Rectification of previously mismanaged accounts
  • Problem solving and timely decision making
    Meeting monthly and yearly targets
  • Daily management of debts and collections
    Ensure credit limits are adhered to and discounts given as per regulations/approvals existing at the time.
  • Liaise with the accounts receivables section in the processing of Credit and Debit notes for customers ensuring all supporting documents are attached.
  • Attending to and resolving customers’ queries/reconciliations issues on a timely basis including visits to customers.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Commerce degree, finance/accounting option.
    CPA 2
  • Credit Management Certificate will be an added advantage
  • Must have at least 3 years experience in credit control, in a FMCG Company.
  • Have good interpersonal skills

    Uplands Premium Dairies and Foods Regional Manager Jobs in Kenya

    Responsibilities

  • Successful execution of the business and route plans in the regions.
  • Visiting all trade levels (On-trade, stockiest and Key Distributors) to ensure the brands are listed, visible and activated according to the plan;
  • Scheduling Monthly business review meetings with the Commercial Manager to discuss sales targets, marketing ideas and problem areas, etc;
  • Providing daily and weekly activity
    report;
  • Proposing ideas and opportunities that could be available to challenge the competitors’ activities with consideration to the financial implications and reputation of the Company;
  • Enhance the sales improvement of the company.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of the contract with General Trade and Key Accounts customers.
  • Manage customer credit and payments.
    Continuous improvement in the management of General Trade business by identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories.

    Qualifications

  • At least 8 years experience in relevant position in Eastern/Mt. Kenya Regions, preferably in the Dairy sector
  • Bachelors Degree in Sales and Marketing/Business Administration
    Strong in strategic thinking, leadership, communication, problem solving & decision making,
    Strong in customer business management and direct sales
  • A dynamic personality with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Valid Driving License a must.
