UON Junior Research Fellow - Institute of Anthropology - Gender and African Studies Jobs in Kenya
Applicants must be in possession of at least a Masters degree in Anthropology and Gender and
Development Studies.
They are also expected to have registered for PhD studies in Anthropology Gender and Development Studies.
They should be specializing in and be able to teach in at least four (4) of the following broad thematic areas: Biological/Physical Anthropology, Linguistic Anthropology, Anthropological theory, Cultural/Social Anthropology, Gender and Development Studies and Archeological Anthropology
The successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate courses and also to undertake
research in their areas of specialization.

Applicants for non-academic posts (AD) should submit seven (7) of their application letters
accompanied by similar number of certified copies of certificates and CV giving details of their
qualifications and experience.
In both cases, applications and related documents should be forwarded
through the applicants’ heads of departments.
In addition, applicants should state their current designations and salaries
and other benefits attached to those designations.
They should quote post reference codes as
shown for each post in the advertisement.
