Job Description

Company Profile:

Our client has been mining and processing the Minjingu ore into powder for direct farm application in Tanzania and for the export market.

They mines the ore and about 165,000 metric tons of phosphate ore is extracted per year. About 100,000 metric tons of the soft Rock Phosphate is beneficiated. The beneficiation of the phosphate ore to about 30% P2O5 is done mainly through sun drying, primary sieving and sorting, rapid drying, final sieving and gravity classification to acceptable standard specification.

Job Profile:

The position would be responsible for,
As Head of Sales & Marketing the position will ensure that various blends of Fertilizers which are made are sold as per budgeted targets.

Develop new markets and products.

Ensure that the Branch network is properly monitored and targets are achieved.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates should have minimum 15 yrs. experience in an Agro- inputs company dealing in sale of Fertilisers & Seed.

The candidate will able to operate independently and should be result oriented.

Qualification: Bachelors degree in Agri Business with an MBA in Sales & Marketing.
Africa experience desirable.
