Key Duties and Responsibilities

General administration of the dormitory

Provide pastoralcare to boarding students

Coordinate with the school nurse to provide
medical attention to boarding students

Management of dormitory infrastructure

Person Specification

•A Diploma in Social Development, Social Work, Psychology or Nursing

•A Bachelor degree is an added advantage but not a prerequisite

Prior experience as a Boarding Matron or
similar role will be a distinct advantage
