Purpose of the Job

To Liaise with Sponsored teams and Events and ensure Brand Communication as per SBP.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Closely work with Sponsored firms/institutes to ensure UB's interested is ensured all the time

Facilitate execution of agreed terms to both Sponsored party and UBE

Create a smooth relationship with sponsored parties and able to get buy-in as seconded personnel to their firm.

Co-plan and facilitate activities related with sponsored parties / events after approval from Brand manager

Own and manage activity related budget

Job Requirements

Minimum Educational Background and
Experience Required

BA Degree in Social studies or related Fields

Minimum of 2 years sales & promotion related experience , Event management and agency relations experience would be advantageous

Personal Characteristics

Good Communication skills, both Verbal and written. Must be able to build relationships
Professional look

Love for sport and outdoor activities
Honesty and self initiated .

Must operate with limited supervision.
