United Beverages would like to invite qualified and competent applicants for Legal Representative position.

Give accurate and timely counsel to executives on a variety of legal topics

Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies

Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation and governmental law and regulations

Offer advice on legal matters and perform legal research for the benefit of an employee or UB

Review property interests, agreements, government regulations and patents

Oversee and manage contracts’ drafting and execution

Represents the company in investigations and cases

Analyze claims and ensures the enforcement of the law

Oversee settlement of any disagreements or disputes related to land and property affairs
liaise with external legal firm to handle UB’s related cases and issues

Job Requirements

Qualifications

LLM or LLB

Experience

Plus 5 years of experience in a similar position
