Job DescriptionAdhere company safety rules, hygiene level, technological discipline, and procedures
Achieve production plans, KPI and deliver product within specifications
Saving of energies, handling of waste and respect for healthy environment.
Evaluate analysis of samples and take corrective action if necessary and keep records about it.
Supply all production records accurate and on right time
Keep all equipment fully operational, tidy and respect maintenance schedule and lubrication program
Fully implement, working instructions, transmit to subordinates and control execution
Subordinates activities need to be closely monitored to minimize difficulties which may occur during operation.
Follow stock of R + A.M. to avoid production delay, or interruptions
Continuous focus for organization and efficiency to minimize production breakdowns and losses.
Job Requirements
Physical and mental ability to execute the job
Brewing and MIBI process knowledge
Practice to receive and follow working instructions
Capacity to evaluate situation, identify risks, inform if situation exceeding usual possibility to find safe solution
English communication
Computer skills
Be strait responsible and punctual
Zero tolerance to inefficiency
Ready to learn
