Unison Sacco Contact / Call Center Officers Jobs in Kenya; Attending to clients telephone, interview clients, verify information, determine eligibility by comparing client information to SACCO requirements, inform clients by explaining procedures, answer questions, provide relevant information, recruit members, activate dormant members’ accounts, represent SACCO competently and adequately in his/her capacity, respond to emails and social media enquiries, log and track customer/member queries,
perform other lawful duties as may be assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications 1. Diploma in either Marketing / Public Relations / Mass Communication /
Journalism (Graduated not earlier than year 2019)
2. Proficiency in MS office packages
3. Knowledge of Sacco Societies products, services and operating
environment
4. Previous experience will be an added advantage
5. Age: 22 years and above
