Requirement

Tertiary degree / diploma in Food Science, Microbiology or equivalent

Supplementary advanced training in Food Safety systems

Computer literate – MS Office

3 – 5 years’ experience in food manufacturing

3+ years’ supervisory experience

Monday-Friday 08h00-17h00. There is the expectation that night shift and extra hours be worked on weekends etc. should the need arise.
