Requirements

  • Grade 12

  • Secretarial / Administrative Diploma or equivalent qualification

  • At least 5 years secretarial / administrative support experience

  • High levels of computer literacy – MS Office Suite of product

  • Exceptional communication skills (written and spoken English)

  • Accurately and carefully follow established procedures for completing tasks

    Duties

  • Creating and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing

  • Arranging travel, visas, and accommodation for the Sales Executive

  • Screening phone calls, enquiries, and requests, and responds as appropriate

  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority

  • Attending to incoming email, faxes, and post, and responding as necessary

  • Arranging meetings, booking venues, and ensuring refreshments are ordered and served timeously as requested

  • Assist with creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action (company internal \ external articles, brochures, press releases, digital and social medical platforms)

  • Collaborating with videographers, multimedia and graphic designers ensuring that ideas are executed as envisioned

  • Making and serving refreshments during meetings

  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff and attending to requests for administrative support

  • Maintaining and updating the Franchise Database and ensuring all relevant information is captured including all franchisee details

  • Effectively manages time to ensure that tasks are completed timeously and efficiently
