Job DescriptionThe Ideal CandidateMust have min 5 years Senior Accounts Management or Key Account management experience
Must come from a manufacturing, building, or roofing environment
Must have experience in servicing the wholesale and retail industry
Must have advanced negotiating skills
Duties include
Develop and service the allocated territory and customer portfolio by example to achieve territory targets and growth.
Produce the annual sales territory budget.
Implement sales strategies for the territory as agreed with the Regional Sales Manager.
Proactively seek new business opportunities and identify new needs and wants in the marketplace.
Implement and control the company’s pricing strategy.
Advise the Regional Sales Manager on pricing matters.
Monitor and control total Sales department strategies.
The compilation and submission of monthly/quarterly Sales reports and volume forecasts. Advise the Regional Sales Manager of changing market conditions.
Handle all customer product quality complaints.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification in Sales / Marketing or any related qualification – Diploma / BCom Degree in HR or any related qualification
