The detail
Maintenance
Be able to maintain the current PHP web applications and build on new features.
Ensure all code is maintainable.
Produce quality documentation.
Investigate and fix bugs.
Communication
Liaise with the technology team and management.
May be required to liaise with other staff members at the contact centre level.
May be required to liaise with external clients.
General
Be able to pick up new technologies when they become available and implement.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Support the business-specific units on their business processes with the value of technology.
Are you this person?
Do you have a minimum of three years software development experience?
Do you have experience with integration-based web technologies (Web API, Rest API, Soap API) for integrating large web-based software solutions and products?
Have you worked on standard programming using PHP?
Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript?
Do you know software development methodologies (Kanban or Agile SCRUM) and design techniques (Entity Relationship Diagramming, Data Flow Diagramming?
Do you have Linux and environments experience?
Can you master new technology quickly and to work in a constantly evolving environment?
Have you done any product development?
Do you have a working knowledge of Microsoft technology C#.NET (Nice to have)?
