Responsibilities:
Demand planning & forecasting activities
Customer Service & Order delivery & issue resolution
Communication to Customers & Customer projects
S&OP agenda, Obsolete management, Innovation agenda
SC Business partner for country teams
Supporting & Execution of Change/Transformation agenda
Be the key point of contact for resolving all business issues with supply chain inputs/impacts
Qualifications:
A Master’s degree in engineering, supply chain management or business administration
At least 10 years prior experience in a similar role in a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
FMCG background a MUST
A proven track record in leadership
Project management skills
Business Strategy formulation and Change management skills

Unilever Demand & Supply Planner Jobs Opportunities in Kenya
Responsibilities
Demand Planning
Responsible for the 12-month rolling volume forecast.
Focuses on collaborative “bottom-up” planning with Customer Development, Brand, and Customer Supply Chain.
Continuously improve forecast accuracy to deliver high customer service levels and simultaneously support the reduction of finished goods inventory.
Lead implementation of any new SO&P tools/processes in association with Demand Planning Excellence.
Supply Planning
Responsible for the creation of the midterm plan and working with the sourcing unit to ensure market volume requirements can be met.
Key objective is convert forecast into the production plan while managing: inventory levels, filling and component capacity, and customer service.
Cost optimization and network capacity management (short and long term) are key ongoing priorities.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor Degree in in Engineering, Logistics, Operations Planning, Supply Chain or related fields with a minimum of 3 years of
relevant experience are required.
Operational Process Planning, and experience with SAP APO & ECC a plus. APICS a plus.
Position requires good communication skills, team commitment and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft project.
Good quantification and analytical skills in a dynamic environment requiring the ability to be flexible and work in “grey” area.

Unilever Warehousing Coordinator Jobs Opportunities in Kenya
Responsibilities
Manage and prioritise tasks and people within the team to ensure it functions effectively and efficiently each shift
Organize daily activities in accordance with identified priority actions
Ensure labour resources do not exceed the routed headcount and budget allocated
Ensure stock on hand accuracy is maintained
Efficient operation of the RORO’s (roll-on/roll off)
Write and maintain work instructions, ensuring training is conducted with them and recorded appropriately
Ensure material handovers and material issuing is conducted within the required timeframes
Ensure outbound transport is used efficiently each shift
Ensure inbound deliveries are received according to delivery schedules each shift
Conduct root cause analysis as required
Qualifications:
Experience with SAP and the use of RF guns is required
Strong time management skills
Experience and with the ability to lead a team and work in a team.
Good problem solving skills
Attention to detail
Knowledge of receipt, stores, despatch, transportation and stock checking processes
Knowledge and experience with OH & S procedures and TPM practices
Experience of working within a warehouse is ideal
Experience dealing with change
Sound computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
