Unilever Distribution Finance Lead Jobs in Kenya
Responsibilities:
Provide finance support the distributor countries in the region
Manage the financial activities between the company and distributors
Manage the distributor contracts to ensure financial performance is delivered
Build relationships with distributors to ensure the timely and accurate invoicing
Respond to and resolve issues arising from the distributor relationship
Prepare ad hoc financial analysis as required by the business, including development of KPI’s
Support and collaborate with other parts of the Finance
Qualifications:
Sound computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience with SAP and the use of RF guns is required
Strong time management skills
Experience and with the ability to lead a team and work in a team.
Good problem solving skills
Attention to detail
Knowledge of receipt, stores, despatch, transportation and stock checking processes
Knowledge and experience with OH & S procedures and TPM practices
Experience of working within a warehouse is ideal
Experience dealing with change

Responsibilities
Support procurement E2E Operations Manager in developing and implementing cluster strategy
Act as first point of contact in Africa for issues/questions relating to procurement of raw and pack materials andbusiness services

Support the management and maintenance of supplier relationships in Africa Cluster

Support the financial analysis of the portfolio, including price benchmarking and total cost analysis
Qualifications:
Min 3 year experience involving either procurement or supply chain or project management in an FMCG
Interest in sustainability and/or sustainable development / sustainable systems design
Great personal organisation skills, attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines in the multicultural environment
Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly (both written and in presentations)

Unilever Secondary Transport Coordinator Jobs in Kenya
Responsibilities
Receiving and processing all transport orders coming from customers/BU Logistics
Respond to routine customer enquiries concerning service ordered

Fluent in English
